Wyndham Wrocław Old Town opened in 2022. Its approach was to have in-house marketing department focusing on sales and events and outsource other activities to a local agency.
The owner of the hotel (from Latvia) needed on-the-ground support of someone with a good knowledge of the city and the local culture. In order to take care of social media communication from the early days or even before the official hotel opening.

Because of our experience and strong local foothold in Lower Silesia region, we were entrusted with managing the social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram.
We established good rapport with the hotel staff in order to stay up to date and be able to support their marketing goals with the relevant social media communication.
We work based on the monthly publishing plan, managing the visual and verbal communication, providing images (also photo shooting) and copy in Polish and English.
