The investor of Domaszczyn Park residence area needed a new website to serve as a main sales platform presenting the advantage of the housing area and the apartments offered.

With the sales goal in mind, we proposed to create new visual identity which would reflect the distinctive offer provided by the investor: modern housing, ideal for nature loving families, who look for quiet yet well communicated living area. We focused on designing new logo in the shape of a house roof surrounded by trees. We chose relevant colour palette consisting of dark blue and green to evoke security, trust, harmony, peace and happiness. The image has been enhanced by modern font. We put all the elements together and provided a client with visual brand strategy and guidelines for developing new website.
