Kenoko is a furniture brand focusing on ergonomy and office well-being. Kenoko's owner - Blackpoint S.A. has been on the market for over 30 years serving mostly B2B clients. In 2024 the company decided to shift to B2C business and needed strong brand identity to enhance online presence.

The client aimed to establish a brand that embodies Japanese aesthetics, modern design, and the principles of harmonious living. This was a big project that had an impact on all the product categories and hundreds of SKUs. The time was crucial and the client expected that we acted quickly and ensured maximum flexibility. The scope of project also involved creating a new website and rewriting hundreds of product descriptions in line with the new brand personality and SEO rules.

We also helped to refine the brands ToV (tone of voice) and prepared high quality, SEO-optimized product content for over 150 products. In addition, we developed a product catalogue and marketing materials that seamlessly combined the new brand principles, ensuring both visual and verbal coherence.
