The client came to us with an idea of launching three products (MCT oils) to verify whether this kind of project had market potential before investing further.
The expectation was to build a sustainable online business model and define clear brand positioning before developing more products.
It required building the brand from scratch.

We created a dedicated key visual and branding for nutriprime. We also helped to prepare final product labels which not only are attractive to consumers but also meet legal requirements.
We developed fully operational ecommerce website.
We provided initial market research and proposed a reasonable marketing plan to ensure sales form the first months.
We focused on performance marketing (Google and Facebook ads), content marketing and social media including influencer marketing.
We developed successful email marketing strategy and newsletter content / automated emailing campaigns recording the average open rate of 25% and exceeding the industry standards.
Acting as an in-house brand manager for the brand we also took responsibility of creating Brand Positioning Strategy and guidelines for further porftolio developement.
